Education: Real Estate Associates Program (REAP)
Licensing Requirements
To obtain your real estate REALTORŪ license, you must complete the Real Estate Associates Program (REAP) and pass the Provincial Qualifying Exam with a grade of 70% or better. At least 90% attendance is required. You may take the 90-hour classroom course at the Calgary Real Estate Board, at Mount Royal College or by distance delivery.
